2. Today we are going to
write Recommendation Request Letters.
You need
recommendations from important grown-ups for college and job applications. The way to
get a recommendation letter is to write a letter in which you NICELY and HUMBLY ask for
one. We are going to write 2 of these today. You received the template on the way in.
You may write the same letter twice, but you need to ask two different people (teachers
are best). I will give you 50 points for each letter (you may do more than 2), and I will
deliver/mail them for you. Students can get the format for the letters by clicking here.
