Year of Evolution Penn, Penn Museum and cultural organizations in Philadelphia continue a Year of Evolution of special programming for the public. February 12, 2009 marks the 200th birthday of Charles Darwin, the originator of the modern theory of evolution, and several programs on Darwin and his legacy are planned for February.
