  1. I believe that the most important out of all of these is "Take Me Serious." The reason why I say this is because if a teacher takes a student seriously then the rest of the things that were listed will come into affect. For example if my teacher takes me serious then she will want to challenge me to think. Also if the teacher takes the student serious then they will let them learn they way they want to learn, As long as they are learning then there should be no problem. If the student is slightly off focus then the teacher should steer them the right way. As long as the teacher has taken the student serious then the rest will come into play somewhere down the line

  2. 3 of the stories stood out to me most Respect Me, Nurture My self and challenge me to think this is my number one thing in school. I hate when a teacher spoon feeds me the answer or go over the obvious things. It makes me feel as though u think i'm retard, when i noe i'm not. I also think that nurturing my self respect is good to cuz a lot of children lack this.

  3. I believe a want to be recognized is most important especially in a school setting. The want to be heard and recognized is very import because it gives the feeling you can make a change in your educational or even a role where there is any type of power. For example; in a school setting not being able to choose what you would like to learn about can significantly affect the entire outcome of your education. Thus making it pointless and irrelevant to your life and also making you unable to actually gain a grasp on what your learning causing you to fail, but thats only in some cases. The cases I have experience so far have mostly just flat out been ignorance of what the students wanting to learn causing students to act back in ignorance by not even coming to school. I believe school topics should be chosen by the students with much influence by the teachers.

  4. i believe that all of them are important when it comes to learning. no matter who you are and how little work you want to do, your going to want at least a little challenge. and most people want to feel like they they at least did something in the end, so to make them work toward something and make a difference it a great thing. everything on that list is important, not just one thing. if you leave something out not everyone will be up or learning.

  5. Although I agree all "wants" are important, only one stood out among the rest. "Build on My Interests." I feel if a topic was made that I was particularly interested in, then I'd have more of an initiative to do so. I've seen in the past that topics I was more interested in, I performed better in. I think the same qualifies for everyone. Have knowledge of your students' interests, to build on them.

  6. I believe that everything here is important. First because if you take student seriously then maybe it would push most of them to do something with themselves. Also Challenge every one of them to help them have a different mind set in things. When students turn away from work or school don't just forget about them, they just being stubborn. Make us do this, make us do that. Don't just give it out and give an option cause most option is no. I think we stray because we're tired of doing work, and espaecially when others out there is doing alot little than us and still getting where we are.

  7. All of these topics are important to the learning aspects of students. if you do not have one then you do not have them any.Students often slack at work or not come to school because they are uninterested or the work is boring to them. Make it exciting and interesting. take the students ideas in to consideration.Do not spoon feed them the lesson make them understand it in a way that would let them think for them selves. Let me do it my way is a good one also. A student may think of a different way in order to do something that would otherwise be difficult for them, let that student take advantage of that instead of forcing a way that they may not comprehend.

  8. for me it is challenge me to think. but all of them are useful in some way. i get bored with school because i am not being challenged if i am then it isnt in a good way that makes me want to keep going with the challenge after it starts.
