Objectives:
After this class, students will be able to:
a. create a visual representation of how characters within a novel influence the protagonist.
b. work collaboratively.
c. analyze character motivation.
Agenda:
Students will work in small groups of 3-4 to create a formal and enlarged version of the Circle of Influence, describing how minor characters in The Catcher in the Rye effect the main character of Holden Caulfield.
Homework: Students will finish the novel in preparation for their final multiple choice exam on the novel for Friday.
