i dont understand what some of theses steps have to do with writting everyday. and also i cant do that because its a paper trail. i did that once before and i got in trouble for it so i only write where it is lock and no one but me knows the password (ie.) laptop. or i just dont write unless im asked.
ReplyDeletethe one reason i agree with is to get stress off your mind. it lets you fully think out your thoughts that bother you the most. but like Keith said it is like a paper trail. i used to wright every day, but that didn't work out for me after a wile. its a good idea, but just doesn't work out all the time
